FAQs
How do you see patients, in person or online?
We are an international telehealth practice with limited in person visits in the high desert or warm ocean coast. For those in the US, each state has its own telehealth laws and we discuss the logistics with potential patients. Our herbal prescriptions are shipped directly from our herbal dispensaries to your home. Test requisitions are sent to you so that you can have your tests done locally (depending on your state). Patients must maintain a local primary care physician during treatment.
How frequently do you see patients?
Initially we see patients one time per month until you are more stable. This typically takes 3-6 months and sometimes longer depending on the severity of the illness. Once there is more stability, we see patients one time per three months and then one time per six months. As an established patient you will also have the option to schedule a call with your physician for your more immediate concerns.
What is the financial investment?
Our fees are in alignment with other providers in the field and all fees are discussed with you prior to working with us. Your investment includes: visits, herbal prescriptions, supportive supplements, and testing. You may also decide to invest in light therapy, we use the Neuronic light helmet for further individualized treatment for our patients.
